These hamburger patties are made with high-fat ground beef and can be seasoned with onion and garlic, then cooked until done. This recipe is from Public Domain Recipes.

Ingredients

4 patties

1 lb ground beef, 20% or more fat ratio

Onion, chopped or powder (optional)

Garlic, chopped or powder (optional)

Directions

Form patties with the beef. Use high-fat ground beef, you won’t need oil.

Place into a pan, pre-heated or otherwise, at medium/med-high temperature.

Add salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.

Cook until done, flipping occasionally to prevent burning.
