A refreshing dressing that perfectly complements lettuce or any other mixed greens, featuring tangy lemon juice, rich olive oil, and pungent garlic.
Lemon juice from half a lemon
1 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 Clove of garlic
Combine lemon juice and oil in small bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the garlic, pressed or finely minced.
Mix well before adding to salad.
